A Leading Voice in Women’s Midlife Health

After building one of the nation’s most successful women’s healthcare practices, she launched Complete Midlife Wellness Center with a singular mission: to help women approach menopause and the second half of life not as a decline, but as an opportunity for reinvention, strength, and full aliveness.

Through her books, podcast, speaking engagements, media appearances, and digital platforms, she reaches a growing community of more than 200,000 women seeking trusted, evidence-based guidance on hormones, longevity, sexual wellness, and healthy aging.
She is also actively involved in advancing the science of women’s midlife health through research collaborations, including work with researchers affiliated with Baylor College of Medicine exploring hormone therapy, sexuality, and women’s health outcomes.
Whether caring for patients, speaking on stage, conducting research, or educating online, Dr. Susan remains committed to one purpose: helping women live longer, healthier, more vibrant lives—and to embrace midlife as one of life’s most powerful chapters.
